Shoot-out: St. Augustine Skyline

Skyscrapers are forbidden in our little town. The skyline remains as it has been for many, many years, except for the temporary bridge to replace the Bridge of Lions while it is being disassembled, restored and rebuilt. No commentary this week, only a true shoot-out.

I lied. This is the temporary Bridge of Lions construction mess.

Thanks for visiting. See you next week.

  1. Gorgeous pictures. I never got a chance to visit St. Augustine when I lived in Florida, but everyone talked about how beautiful it was. Someday I will get there.

  3. I can never get enough of your pictures from St Augustine, such distinctive architecture and the exotic look of those old rooftops. Not to mention the palm trees! Great shoot-out.

  4. hi Gordon, don't have to be a stranger - I've not gone anywhere. After looking at Rio through a magnafying glass this past year for FSO - being lost in its bigness, you town seems so simple, so innocent to me. have a great weekend.
